Breakfast review: Rodeo Coffee Shop

Clovis Roundup Staff

The Rodeo Coffee Shop in Old Town Clovis offers some of the top home comfort breakfast and lunch options in the area – all in a family-oriented setting.

As a family-owned establishment, Rodeo Coffee Shop makes customers feel at home. On the outside, the restaurant resembles an old Western building that you would find in the Wild West and the interior matches that same theme with wooden tables, chairs, booths along with Western decorations and paintings.

The breakfast menu features everyday basics like eggs, sausage, hash browns, pancakes and biscuits and gravy but creative options are also available. Instead of serving regular omelettes, Rodeo switches it up by incorporating a mexican flavor to come up with its enchilada and chile verde omelettes, and chorizo quesadillas.

Pancakes and french toast are also customizable with toppings of your choice including bananas, strawberries, chocolate chips, pecan, nutella and more.

For lunch, customers can choose between a variety of burgers, and healthier options like sandwiches (ham, beef, turkey, tuna, BLTs) and salads. Afterward, desserts options like pies, ice cream and sundaes are available.

The comfort food found at Rodeo goes hand in hand with the “Clovis Way of Life” and gives its customers that Western experience that’s famously associated with the City of Clovis.

The Rodeo Coffee Shop is open seven days a week, serving breakfast and lunch at any time of the day.
